Your lot is unique & it deserves to have a home designed for its specific location & attributes. We are the only local dealership to offer in house custom floor plan & CAD design services. We can move any door, window, & interior / exterior feature to where you want it. Design a home from scratch, or edit a standard floor plan below with an unlimited number of edits prior to home order. We can easily stretch or shrink the length of your home, move walls around, add porches / decking, or sliding doors. You name it & we can likely do it!

Design Limits: Homes come in standard home widths of 12, 14, 15, 20, 24, 28 or 30 feet. Manufacturers keep prices low by utilizing the same roof truss systems across all designs standardizing home widths. Homes wider than 15 feet come in 2 pieces & will be assembled together on site. This creates some design limits on having hallways up the middle of the home. Property lines & set back limits play a huge factor in determining your lots max home size. We offer free lot measurements & budgetary quotes upfront to help you plan your build. Once you have decided on a floor plan & list of options the price becomes locked in at point of order. No surprise price increases from us unless you decide to add on after the order.

Standard Floor Plans:

Standard floor plan work great for many of our clients whose lots are more standard in size / shape. The best part about going with a standard floor plan is the cost savings! Custom floor plans have to go through structural engineering redesign. Depending on the level of redesign engineering can add $2-6k onto the final price. Standard floor plan lengths can be stretched or decreased for small per sq.ft fees. Between adjusting your home size & customizing the interior / exterior options we can get you into the home of your dreams!
