Throughout the year we buy old homes, replace them with new homes, and put them up for sale to the general public! Using a manufactured home to design your backyard ADU, Farmland employee housing, or any other livable structure is a great cost effective route! We support our clients through all stages of the ADU project from permits until move in day. You will save hundreds of dollars per square foot designing an ADU with a manufactured home over conventional stick frame construction & your overall project will be completed quicker!
